Product Description:
"Needle-punched felt" is a fine fiber cloth with interlaced fibers and evenly distributed voids produced by non-woven needle-punched technology. It is mainly produced from polyester staple fibers and polyester twisted yarns. After hot rolling, singeing or coating, the surface of the needle felt is flat and smooth, and it is not easy to be blocked by dust.
Composite needle punched felt filters improve wear and folding resistance and enhance the peel strength between the felt layer and the substrate by adding an appropriate proportion of chemical fibers to the glass fibers, integrating their respective performance characteristics. Moreover, they can enhance the chemical and physical properties of the felt material. Applied in industries such as steel, metallurgy, chemical, carbon black production, waste incineration, coal-fired power plants, coking furnaces, coal-fired boilers, road construction, lime production, and casting.
